Cancellation and Refund Policy

The customer (USER from now on) accepts our terms and conditions as our cancellation policy when using our email, website, cell phone and telephone services, if you do not agree discontinue use immediately. The Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy may be changed without notice.

Overview

Thank you for booking on Class VIP Transfers. We appreciate that you like our VIP Transportation services. We want you to have an incredible trip in Los Cabos and a pleasant experience that you can share back home. We remind you that when you make the reservation on our website, email, you are accepting Class VIP Transfers Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Due to situations out of control

At Class VIP Transfers we understand that sometimes unforeseen events may arise that prevent you from arriving on time to your VIP Transportation service. We invite you to review the following terms related to the no show.

  • If your VIP Transportation service is for Los Cabos International Airport (SJD), our driver will wait for you up to one hour after the plane lands.
  • In case you have reserved the VIP Transportation service to a hotel, restaurant or other place, you have 15 minutes of tolerance to arrive with our driver at the agreed point.
  • If you think you can’t make it on time, please contact Class VIP Transfers as soon as possible to adjust your service.
  • Keep in mind, if you do not show up at the agreed place and notify Class VIP Transfers, it will be considered a no show and you will have to pay the full cost of the service. See Cancellation fee.

Service cancellation

We customize our VIP Transportation service according to the needs of your trip in Los Cabos, so you can enjoy a unique and exclusive experience. If you still want to continue with the cancellation, you must do so by email, consider the following:

  • Full refund, canceling 96 hours before the service.
  • You will receive a 50% refund, when canceling 72 hours before the service. See Cancellation fee.
  • It does not apply for a refund when canceling 48 hours before or on the same day of your service. See Cancellation fee.

Cancellation fee

We know, this charge may be unfair. It is important to know that when you book on Class VIP Transfers, we ensure the availability of an exclusive vehicle and driver for you, in addition to the expenses incurred to make your trip unforgettable. However, we must pay for gasoline, suppliers, drinks, highway and everything you requested to make your trip perfect for you.

Refunds

The refund starts immediately after you cancel your service. The time it takes for the refund depends on your original payment method. PayPal makes refunds immediately or it can take up to 24 hours. Refunds by credit or debit card, the issuing bank is the one who decides how long the process will take. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain a regular priced transfers may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
